Architecture decision records
ADRs use the status values Proposed, Accepted, Superseded, or Rejected.
Changing an accepted decision requires a new ADR that links to and supersedes
the old one.
Section 22’s Phase 0 shorthand numbers six foundational decisions differently from the canonical list in Section 26 of the implementation plan. This index uses Section 26 numbering because it is the complete, collision-free list. The Phase 0 subjects remain covered by the accepted records below.
